Ken Frazza

Ken Frazza has been on the Internet since its early days of its growth in 1996. Since then he has been involved in the technology and software that has driven its growth. During the dot com explosion in late 90’s thru early 2000’s, Ken was selling large scale hardware, software and implementation services to many of the dot com companies. 

Ken has been building websites since the early 2000’s. His expertise is also in eCommerce websites building and managing them for many clients. He also had his own Retail and Wholesale eCommerce websites and handled all of the services needed to be successful (Marketing, Analytics, Shipping, Inventory, Customer Service, etc) Ken also handled the project management being the liaison between clients and technology companies and getting projects done on time and in budget.

Ken spent 3 ½ years working for the large off price retailer, Century 21 department stores. Ken was hired as an IT project manager and his success in managing their website redesign got him promoted to Director of Web production. His team of 5 managed everything on the website and he was also on the lead team who spent a year successfully launching a 2nd website redesign.

After leaving Century 21, Ken has been working with smaller businesses to help them to build business and eCommerce websites as well as marketing and social media accounts to promote their websites. Ken’s vast experience in handling every facet of owning a website is valuable to his current clients. He has owned businesses in a diverse bunch of industries including, Pizzeria’s, Catering, Paid Telephone business, Computer Aided Design, Balloon Decorating, Ticket Scalping, Website Design and Social Media Marketing.

April Lehman

April Lehman has been managing social media accounts for a variety of businesses since 2018. She is well versed in creating and handling Instagram and Facebook accounts. She has worked with many different types of businesses, including brick and mortar / online shops, restaurants, realtors, fabricators, and more. In many instances, she utilizes her photography skills to take photos of products, landscapes, or events herself to post on her clients social media. April has completed research on tactics for engagement, how to grow a following, relevant hashtags to use, and more. 

April has a BA in education / English and has been a teacher of many different ages over the course of 14 years. She currently teaches 7th grade language arts, her favorite grade so far. Being an English teacher has helped to hone her writing skills, which definitely come in handy with social media work. She loves to proofread and edit and is extremely organized. Last but not least, April is also a proud mom to a three year old named Jack, who she absolutely loves spending time with! April and her dad, Ken, have been working together for many years and combine their skills and strengths in a perfect partnership.

Carl Sgro

Carl Sgro is a business development professional with over 25 years experience helping technology and Internet based companies grow their business to enterprise customers and through distribution networks. In recent years he has concentrated in the area of the Internet and search engine marketing.

Carl’s successes in this area include taking several companies from startup to national and even International contenders. Most recently, he was responsible for taking Name Engine, Inc. from a six-month startup through a multimillion-dollar acquisition by VeriSign Inc. (VRSN) in only 18 months time.

Carl Sgro is currently a specialist in developing SEO and SEM solutions for clients in healthcare, retail, real estate and related industries. He has an expert’s knowledge of the technology and the design and implementation of Search Engine Marketing solutions. He is a specialist in developing ROI effective programs for PPC advertising.
